Le Phoque Off 2025
Phoque OFF festival is back this week for its eleventh edition! Every February, the festival warms up the city of Quebec with a lineup designed to give a stage to artists from Canada and beyond. It also fulfills a social and cultural mission by offering emerging artists a variety of workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities, conferences, and training sessions.
For this new edition, Wallonie-Bruxelles Musiques is once again partnering with the event and supporting belgian artists on the line-up : Lou K, Elisabeth Klinck, It It Anita and Edouard Van Praet.
As part of this partnership, WBI will support the mobility of the participating artists, while WBM will cover the accommodation for the delegation, which this year will consist of 7 operators from the FWB, including: Free Anckaert (Culte), Céline Magain & Florent Le Duc (Francofaune), Juliette Demanet (Luik Agency), Simon Braibant (Live Nation), Damien Aresta (Julia Camino), and Julien Piret (Un Soir Autour du Monde).
A breakfast with the DGWB in Quebec is also scheduled for Tuesday, February 18, at 9 AM at the Cabu restaurant in the Hilton Hotel. Information & registration available upon request.
